SHIPPING & RETURNS

For items that are in our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be processed and delivered. Specially-made or handcrafted products are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks and can take even longer depending on the work required. On the product page for each item, you’ll see an accurate delivery estimate. E.g. 3-4 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker. If you ordered multiple items, some items may be shipped separately so that we can ensure prompt delivery. For further details please mail us at customercare@falgunishanepeacock.com with your order number.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

CUSTOMERS IN THE US, AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE & HONG KONG
We cover the cost of import duties to the above countries. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable, however, you may have to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the US, these are included at the checkout.
ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS
For all other customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.

  1. What Is Your Return Policy for the US & India?The following return policy applies to India & US orders only. For rest of the world, please scroll down to the next question.
    Returnable Products
    Customers should look to the item’s product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the live sale (under Shipping & Returns) page very carefully.
    Returns Window
    Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of the date the item was received, or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
  • What Is Your Return Policy for Rest of the World?At this time, falgunishanepeacock.com is unable to accept returns. Of course, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact customercare@falgunishanepeacock.com for more details.
  • How do I start the Returns Process?Sign in to falgunishanepeacock.com and go to My Account. In your Returns section,select the order you want to return & write us at customercare@falgunishanepeacock.com stating the reason for returning the product. In the case the item is returnable, please select it and you will be e-mailed a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with a shipping label.
  • My Item Arrived Damaged/ Incorrect. What Do I Do?Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you’re unhappy with the quality, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
  • I returned an item. When will I receive my refund?Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will credit the refund amount on your falgunishanepeacock.com account with store credits. Under exceptional cases (for damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments) we will return the refund amount to the original method of payment used to place the order. Refunds will show on your account 4-5 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
    Under exceptional cases (ex. damaged products, incorrect products) we can return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please be aware that in this case, payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Can I exchange/alter my item?We currently do not allow exchanges for our products as they are specially made on order. For accessories, exchanges are possible within 14 days of the date the item was delivered.
    In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact us at customercare@falgunishanepeacock.com for further assistance.
